1. BOOKING AND RESERVATIONS
Advanced Booking: To secure your desired appointment time, we recommend booking services in advance. Walk-ins are welcome but subject to availability.
Online and Phone Reservations: Appointments can be made via our website, mobile app, or by calling +254742524123. Please provide accurate contact details to confirm your booking.
Group Bookings: For parties of 3 or more, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to coordinate your appointments.

2. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
Confirmation: All appointments will be confirmed via email or phone 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Please ensure we have your up-to-date contact information.
Deposit Requirement: For appointments 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY
24-Hour Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe will result in a 50% charge of the booked service.
No-Show Policy: No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. If you are running late, please inform us as soon as possible; otherwise, your appointment may be shortened or canceled.

4. LATE ARRIVALS
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, late arrivals may result in a shortened service to ensure we remain on schedule for other clients. Full service fees will still apply.

5. HEALTH CONDITIONS
Health Conditions: Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment. Certain services (such as waxing or body scrubs) may not be suitable for individuals with certain conditions.
Pregnancy: Please consult with your physician before booking treatments if you are pregnant. We offer special prenatal massages for expecting mothers, but some services may not be recommended during pregnancy.

6. SERVICE SATISFACTION
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us during your visit, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

7. GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are available for purchase and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.

8. SPA ETIQUETTE
Arrival Time: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.
Cell Phones: To maintain a tranquil environment, we kindly request that you silence your cell phones while in the spa.

9. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Gratuities are appreciated and may be given at your discretion.

10. AGE RESTRICTIONS
Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and certain treatments may not be available for minors.
